Season 7 is under way. Saturday night's tournament at Dave's was lots of fun. Full of drama, ups and downs, pocket rockets, river queens and more. I can only report on so much of it because I only made it to the halfway mark. Next time I hope to report on more of the action.
Saturday night I took an early lead but the cards dried up. But not for Christine "Tsunami" Lewis who took out everyone in her wake. When I left, Jim and Dave had a healthy amount of chips hoping to double up on Christine. My bullets got cracked and out the door I went.
The next game is at my place in 2 Sundays (May 3rd). Hopefully we'll see some more cool action and even some prize giveaways. Congrats to Roland who won an awesome poker hat for taking out someone who had an "A" in their name. Poor Angela.
