Pre-game arrivals:

- Meet & greet.

First break 30 minute course:
- Hand prep 36 hrs marinated skinless Honey Garlic mini Chicken Drumsticks, slow cooked fall of the bone sweetness.
- Hand prep 36 hrs marinaded in smokehouse maple sauce Baby Back Ribs, slow oven cooked. You'll smell it when you park your car!
- Oven roasted Rustic Cajun Mini Potatoes with red, yellow, orange baby bell peppers & melted parmigiano reggiano cheese.
- Fresh McBuns rolls with warm butter.

Cash Game Snacks:
- Mini Chicken Samosas
- Mini Sausage Rolls

 Word of advice, DO NOT EAT before coming here. You'd be a fool!!!

Breakast:
- Mornin' Screech breakfast blend coffee on the Keurig
- Nabob Latte on the Tassimo
- Scramble Eggs and Croissant
